There is no such thing as a IP/RP hack.

Because all the data of your IP/RP is saved serverside.
You have no access to it but your client can read it and with the correct verification
(the client sends this verification after every match/after you bought something/purchased RP) your client is allowed to change this data.

Only if you hack the Riot Server and change these values without getting caught you can get free IP/RP.

If you use these "hacks" your account will most likely be stolen within 24hrs.

there was a exploit , glitch were you steal peoples purshases a while ago but its all fixed now so its NOT possible dont download free rp programs they are all FAKE

Easy thing you can do, is get a Creditcard from the internet and all information, i did it for fun. and one worked. thats why my old account got banned till 2222 :$, so if i were you, just buy your own RP. Best way to go!
