Might I suggest removing the password itself.

doesnt work by me under Windows 7, 64bit (translation by me from german in englisch):
"For running the Application you need to install the following versions from .NET : v4.0.30319 Please contact the dev. of this programm."

(i have newest .net running on my pc)
