Try running Advanced SystemCare 4 along with CCleaner. Also, if your computer is really slow it might be at risk (with a virus) So download a virus protector if you don't have one already and run a full scan, i prefer AVG Free 2012 btw. Good luck Also, get some more ram if you can.
