Hacking servers...?

The other day I was on my friend's minecraft server when a guy came in begging for OP. Since Im OP I decided to have a little fun by kicking him with corny joke messages. After quite a bit of time after maybe 2-3 hours he returns asking for OP or else. Just as he finished saying that Notch Joins and then so does xXSlyXx and Storm_Surge and Storm the Park all at once. (It wasnt MD Because there were only mods on.) Then the "Notch" asks who is the owner and being somewhat stupid and careless i replied I was. Then i get d/ced saying you are logged on from another location.... Eventually after about 45 minutes of dealing with this guy "Bop565" (something like that) He gets onto the server owners account and starts to ban and de-op and crap. At the last moment i ended the server by disconnecting it with world edit.

tl;dr Where can i get minecraft hacks (or who has them) that allows me on others accounts?
If it's allowed to be posted that is.... (for 1.8.1)
He also returned the next day

It was REALLY insanely weird like he was able to get onto the server owners account in like a second. He could just get onto it idk if im allowed but ill see if i can post a picture....
Its a bit obvious it was not Storm or anything and I can't prove it wasn't MD but take my word for it....
I also send a .jpg file just pointing that out... (if it gets approved)

Still hope im not spamming the thread but what I do assume is that it was probably like a "type in their username and it gives you their password" sort of thing... Anyone know where I can get one?

maybe he just logged ionto the server with your name on a cracked version on minecraft?!?!? and since your OP he could deop u and ban because hes underr your name

Almost exact... That's what happend the next day.... He returned with some friends and the server was cracked and then just de-opped and banned everyone

But it was still probably one of those "type in the user heres the pass" sort of things
