bug or punkbuster problem

guys i was playing apb yesterday in morning...............i already made my 2 accounts one for using hacks and one for without any hacks................i was playing apbin the account in which i had never do hack i tried to log in wiht my enforcer character itswas saying that u r character blackguard has been banned permanently then i started playing in my crimina character after sometime i go afk and got disconnected then i tried to log in it was saying that u r account has been blocked then i go to gamersfirst.com and send them email now they r saying that punkbuster detected hack in u game so u r account will not unblock wtf i must do now....................i already completed my whole contacts in that character how can a silver 5 guy do hack if they think i m hacker then why i m still silver not golden fuck this game..............I M NOT HACKER

well theres not much u can do if u r banned.

Make a new account and send in a ticket saying that your previous account was banned.

If it's a PB issue, then you need to email EvenBalance and see what the issue is.
