Hey, can anyone tell me what the ESP on hacks is for... and the Shop? I can't figure them out

The esp is the chams and the shop hack lets you pick up new guns

ESP hacks are like
Player name (Shows the players there name)
Player distance(Shows the distance of the players)
Player Weapon (shows what weapon the players are using)
Player HP (Shows the HP of other players )
Granade ESP (Shows where granades/mines and other explosives are )
stuff like that
So ok... I get the ESP now. But shop lets you pick up new guns.. Like you pick up the guns they drop and you get to keep it after game or what?
shop brings to your location anything you can pick up; weapons, boxes, hisecs, gold bars, etc. same concept as picking up a weapon you find on the floor. you lose it when you die.
