No, he gets infected, then takes the players health down so it counts as a kill but doesnt kill them, this is great with OPK

A PLAYER WITH INFECTED HACK GETS KILLED BY A ZOMBIE BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE INFECTED HACK HE DOESN'T GET INFECTED/KILLED SO HE STAYS HUMAN .

BUT THE PLAYER(ZOMBIE) ATTEMPTING TO KILL HIM GETS HIS AMOUNT OF KILLS INCREASED .
