Hmm isnt it too complex for MS paint? looks moar like a bunch of filters applied to a photo, made in PS.
Either way shoulda be in GFX section.

u've never did this with paint :O to complex ..... used a screenshot and brushed over?

If you look carefully at the picture you will realize that there are no filters. It's the spray brush, and the eraser. That's basically the entire thing. I have yet to find a filter for any graphic design program that is that sloppy. But for MS Paint, it's fantastic.

i just googled a picture of cod4 and then i tried to paint as best as i could. the barrels were kinda messed up as you can see.
