Elite encrypt error help!

someone help plz i got .net framework 2 installed and everytime i click on browse
this thing pops up help plz!!!

run as admin and see if u get the same error

my OS:windows xp 32 bit SP2

did u run as admin?

tried and same thing

wait ima the byte cipher

also try redownloading

nope still not working

same goes for byte cipher when i click browse that error pops up and its annoying
