someone help plz i got .net framework 2 installed and everytime i click on browse
this thing pops up help plz!!!

my OS:windows xp 32 bit SP2

tried and same thing

same goes for byte cipher when i click browse that error pops up and its annoying

no u dont get it... i already had .net framework 4 web installer with net framework 2 still same problem on byte cipher and elite encrypt

download elite encrypt again.
click in details at the error

i download more than a billion times and still now working
