About the game: IMO, This game is fucking boss. It's basically a GTA except except now you can go online D:, As soon as you get the hang of it, you'll love it.
Gameplay, Graphics and Sound/Effects: Gameplay is pretty damn good actually. The starting out missions are great and help you to learn the basics. The only problem is the game is actually pretty laggy. The graphics are amazing depending on your setting, My graphic settings are minimum so i could lag a lot less. Sound Effects are great, also they have an option where you can import your own music so if you don't enjoy the games music you could simply have fun playing the game with your own music.
