I'm thinking that's where they save error reports and shit, and then it says send error report@
Some people actually think that it tells that you play with hacks .
Well CF always creates that folder whenever you get "send error report". I think there is a chance of getting banned from files in that folder, so better to delete it anyways 
You can always delete it if have files inside, and these reports isn't sent to Z8Games. Therefore you avoid some chances of getting banned.
