I need help on how to make a four-panel comic strip in CS3. Please any 1 who knows how to do this help me.

The hell. Shit I don't know how to make a perfect ratio-sized object.

draw 2 lines with a pen tool set on straight line setting in the top right?

well.. do u know how to make a comic strip. idc stick figures is fine. idk wtf a 4 panel comic strip looks like

Although if that isn't necessary then yeah, you could do that, or select a line and stroke it.

do this hold down the shift button and draw lines

You might as well use Paint.
