Bump? Anyone got any ideas?

Brighten up the Camera, make that the focal, put a flash on it. ( Lens Flare maybe ) make that shit pop a little.. then put some effect brushes around.. just something i would do..

It looks nice add some more color to it

Erase those white blots from her head/face, it's robbing depth from her hair and hands.
low opacity light effects end up looking horrible.
