Go and register your VB 10 by making a new e-mail on the page that will say to you to go. Then check the fill up the empty things that will appear.

uninstall the program. EVERYTHING. reboot your PC, redownload/install AS ADMIN. make sure install is complete with NO ERRORS. then start the program AS ADMIN. if you still get the error message, check for updates through microsoft. install, reboot, samething. if you're still getting errors, PM me.

@ original poster, register with a HOTMAIL account. keys are free......

Than I highly recommend to turn off Anti Virus and uninstall.
