Whenever i'm up late I end up crying. I don't really know why.
Cried a bit on Friday when I saw my ex hug her boyfriend. Blamed it on a yawn.
I am not so good at releasing all of my tension and stress evenly so I tend to build it up over a series of weeks and then I will make myself entirely depressed on purpose, just so that I will cry. I always do it at a night time so I can wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.
