how to powerlvl?

hi guys
i want to know how the powerlvl bug goes!
the only thing i know about it is that a supermaster player plays against two other players!
can anyone explain it for me?

Easy.. Go in a private room with 2 accounts, kill the other guy everythime .. by this your KD and % will go up as fast as possible.. but it makes you a fucking beg and powerlevel noob.
