i made a map mod for the training grounds takes the training to cabin fever
if i get a lith tech i can make u be able to go anywhere and see anyone and fly and yes if i know what im doing, godmode.

The only thing you could possibly do with a lithtech file is edit it with photoshop to make it have different colors and all that jazz.
The only way you can do what you are talking about is by hacking or by some way figuring out how to mod it to do this, and I belive the only thing we have come close to flying with a mod is hulk jump thanks to supercarz1991
Is it possible in this map to lighten it up and remove the fog?
