Delete 3 files:
/caches.xml
/bootstrap/caches.xml
/steam_api.dll
Also remove any *.cpart files if you have them.
Open file iw4mp.cfg with notepad and check if enable_updates is set to 1
Run iw4mp.exe as Administrator.
Delete 3 files:
