sinbot I need help too.

So I am guessing that Sinbot is not responding to your Laptop keyboard since it does not start unless you press the INS key. And with some laptops, the insert key is embedded with the FN configured buttons.

I take it you are using Sinbot 2.4 by Zaiakunokami. If not make sure you download it. Use the search button and find it yourself :3.

If you have it go ahead and try changing the setting.ini (I personally haven't tried changing it since it works perfectly on my PC) but try changing to to a more convinient button on your laptop and also as long as it does not interfere with the binds that come with Sinbot or the console your using

ex: in settings.ini (located in sinbot folder)
42={INS} <--- Try changing this to a more convienient button like, F12
43={NUMPAD4}
44=15.5
45=11.5
46=4

so it would look like
42={F12}
43={NUMPAD4}
44=15.5
45=11.5
46=4

Anyone correct me if I am wrong!

Also, I think there might be a preconfigured bot for a laptop. Just use the search button. I think I have seen it before.
