Ok, I finally installed the linux HON client, and found out that I don't actually have 2800 gold coins, but 2415 GOLD coins, and 2000 SILVER coins. Sorry for my mistake.

Account name cannot be changed, but if I remember correctly, you can buy sub-accounts with coins.
