I've read the post and I've done this before. Requesting a Staff Member to re-review the dispute will see if the deed is done and will close the thread. If an explaination has been given and no reply from the disputer has been posted, the Staff has a right to close it. I have been doing this many times and I haven't been warned or haven't been infractioned yet, or at all for doing so.
