Damn!Help!

Alright im getting pissed i download the hacks but they turn out like little files with a fold on the top right edge and im trying to get call of duty 4 hacks!
I dont know what to do next or if the files are supposed to be like this....

Look in the COD4 section? And hacks aren't updated rite now
