Look and see if there is a file called CF_G4Box.exe.
Is it there? Or no?

this might be the case of the newb unjunction where application is out of reach meaning your ip is either blocked , or your dl the wrong client for your country

Kaspersky, NOD32, AVG, Malware Bytes Anti Malware, Microsoft Security Essentials are all good anti virus and protection programs.

Dunno If This Will Help, But it fixed many other problems, Do A virus Scan, and then Reinstall Crossfire in a Portable USB, Try using ENDITALL to Close any programs that might be interfering. Good Luck Bro
