Good program to use for coding?
I'm currently using Microsoft Visual Express series, but I was wondering if there are any that could be better. I haven't been using it that long, so it shouldn't be too hard for me to adapt if I have to change :P.

C++ is the way to go for injectable DLL hacks.

Google Chrome is an excellent tool imo - I use it every day to code in. (Serious answer)

He wrote his own plugin which serves as both a linker and compiler. 
minGW and notepad++ is what I use to compile hacks.
