Got some error message just now when i was talking to @Paladin
Then my laptop fucked itself in the ass logged me off and back on now looks like that picture

wtf happened

Oh that's an easy one I'm not sure what the error is but it looks like the windows classic theme all you need to do is go to control panel select appearance and personalization and change it to the vista theme or you could alternatively right click and select personalize and look for the proper theme with aero

Oh you want to know the error it could be a gpu with faulty soldering or ram overload knowing vista it was probably a ram overload so it forces the theme to the one above
