Please Help

Yesterday I was opening Combat Arms and i loged in but it said i was permanently banned like usual i created a new acount and i loged in but the same thing permanently banned i thought It was ip ban i change my ip and created a new account loged in and permanently banned I found out it was Hardware Ban i changed my mac adress changed my ip but i still can´t play please help me i love combat arms cant stand a day without playing help

P.S:And yes sometimes i hacked
