I Dont Know If It Is Possible But It Will Be Easyer If The Threadstarted Could Close Theyr Own Thread Insted Of Having To Bug(Ask A Mod To Do It)

if a thread really needs closed its not that big of a deal to ask for it to be closed its not difficult for us to close a thread at all.
