is it possible that i can install nvida geforce graphic card on my computer and it works here are the info that i have on my graphic card

course you can, just buy a graphic card, plug it in, install drivers, and your good to go

I think you need gforce graphic card for that driver

download what? drivers? thats not gonna help your shitty integrated card dude... just cough up some money, you can find a really decent video card for 150$ easy

I think those are like updates for the driver like gforce driver is if you have gforce graphic card
