Graphics Card

Hi,

I need to know what the cheapest graphics card is which can play COD7 and BF3.
Definitely under $100. Can play on minimum quality

Probably a hella old 9800GT? Don't expect normal gameplay though, I would get at least something like the HD 6770 (should be 100-ish bucks).

Amd Radeon 6770 as its impossible to find a 5770 now.

You could get a used one...
Or you could get something less than 100 bucks but you wont get a good quality

My 9800GTX+ without sli mode manages to run it on low... barely but it's possible.

I have a GeForce 9500 GX 1GB...I can't play anything better than COD4 on Medium High or MW2 on Medium

If you manually disabled all the FX & set a reasonably row res you could run it okay. The game is made to be playable on a 8800GT which was the 9800GT's predecessor. And there was a performance increase w/ the 9k series.
