Do that

at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE there is a dll named ProductKeyDlg.dll this is the one responsible for this , replace it with another one and it should works , (search for one on google or on missing dlls)

When you install a product like that, usually during the installation, they ask for an activation key. If this program does include that feature, then do so.
