Chams problem

Am I not sposed to be able to see ppl ANYWHERE? I only see them when they are visible like normal... This doesn't help at all, and no recoil isn't working either. Any ideas?

u either fail at hacking or didn't turn ur wall hack on..

ERR SORRY! I didn't know wall hack was a part of chams! Chams is sposed to show all this on its own... Thought wallhack was something else.
