cuz for 60 with $30 mail and rebate u can get a xfx gt430
@kolec92 i have shader 2 but i cant play new games on my computer because all of them require 3.0 so.. yea thats why could xfx gt430 handle a game like mw2 with decent settings?

wat video card do u have now cuz shader model 3.0 is in directx 9.0
get a 2gb video card with ddr3 or ddr5 and i7 quad processer and 8gb of ram to handle all games without lag and recommend but dont have to get it: win7 professional 64bit.

On my last pc i had a gts 250, it was just fast enough to run combat arms at ~50fps with high settings but no filters. If you go for something along the lines of a gts 450, you can probably run with more filters. This also depends on your resolution. Mine is 1920x1200. I don't know your exact price specifications, but here are the best values in several price ranges.
Cheapest card that can run combat arms smoothly: HD 5450 ($39.99)
Best value for $50-100: HD 5670 ($69.99) -can run combat arms smoothly on higher settings than the 5450.
Best value for $100-200: GTX 560 ($179.99) -can run BF3, Metro 2033, and other high end games smoothly.
You also need to take into account your CPU. Most likely if you have a cpu at about 2GHz, the best card for you is the 5670. If it is less than 2GHz, go for the 5450. Only go for the 560 if your cpu is 3GHz+, or you won't be able to use the power of the card.
