help help help!!!!!!

so!! i download the flie under the ad than when its done it doesnt let me open it?!?!?!? this happens all the time and i never know what to do. ive been using ***********.net b/c it was so much easier than doing all of this but i hate only have the vip hacks for about a day and the other for 12 hours. i need help!!! a good step by step with every detail.
