Edit : never said woods wasn't doing fine, just saying 2 people with 2 ideas from 2differents GMT zones will probably have more ideas then only 1 moderating a fairly big section.

I would definatley apply, for the reason of helping. I am constantly helping people in the help section, hah.

Altough you say you're on every 10minutes to browse trough, somebody from like 4~8hours further should be regulary on when you're sleep.
Don't take this as any offend or something, but a second minion should be handy.

the active part of this section is general where there is nothing to really moderate

Never said he couldn't handle it, but mainly cause it can make the section more active?

2people moderating 1 by one when the other is asleep, 2 people making this section more active and so on and so on ..

I don't think their's anything you can do or I can do to force people to join the minecraft section.
Only persuasion but that won't be able to make them stay for good
