Upload Hacks Help

Guys I need help how do I upload a program. It's another different bypass that I found that I had downloaded months ago. I want to upload so that you guys can get it and try it out. This one has lasted alot longer than the first bypass I had, thank you.

if the bypass contains any sort of watermark of any other website or has any sort of advertisements you can not post it

its probably already patched if it was out months ago...
