It's the worlds largest computer festival, about 10k people is there and gaming, you game for 4 days straight, competitions ect, if u win the LoL Tournament u get 28 000 USD

This was winter 2008, 2011 should be kinda different just might be the computers and games there, im not 100% sure, and the tickets are around $200, also you gotta buy a seat which is even more money.
