Best clicks per second for ava guns?

Ive been using 10 c/ms for mk3 and para but I want to know what the optimal c/ms is to fully utilize the guns rof.

I want to know c/ms for para, mk3, and veresk/mp7.

Para for lrb and dmg barrel.

Lmao if u have to use macro for mk3 thats just sad, it already has no recoil lol
