The only reason would probably be because you are low on RAM. Running a server and playing Minecraft at the same time allocates a lot of memory. I suggest using a .bat to run the server and to change your settings on Minecraft.

If you read 1st page, that has already been attempted. I have 43% free RAM when running the CONSOLE and Minecraft. Though, I only run Minecraft in the browser since my Launcher has an error(No one suggested a fix for this yet.)
