[Solved] Photoshop DTX Plugn

Photoshop DTX Plugn

i Updated

Photoshop CS5
Windows 7 64bit

and now the DTX plugin is not working..
is it the 64bit or CS5?

Ps: i didn't save the plugin so i might be doing something wrong there.

There are many ppl saying that DTX plugin on PS 5 not working...didnt tested yet

well i have tried lots and i sill cant get it to work.

i have looked at the Tutorial thread. might be placing the files wrong.
Can you give the file names and locations. the Tutorial is not very Clear they have some files that they don't tell you were to place them.
i tried many different combinations and locations still no luck poor me

download DTXConvert.exe

This tool is used to convert the Combat Arms 'Nexon' DTX Files into 'LithTech' DTX Files. You must do this first otherwise the plugin will not recognize the DTX files.

Place msvcrtd.dll and msvcirtd.dll into Photoshop Folder !

Then in Plug-ins\File Format\ place DTXFormat.8bi/ IMFLithDTX.dll

You should now be able to import/export DTX Files from Photoshop.

Thanks well turns out my Photoshop was bad so i re-downloaded and it works now
