X360 Slim liteon flash?

Is there any flash of the LiteON drive which allows you to play cracked games using the newest Kinect! Dashboard?
I have bought an X360 250 GB Slim version and well,in Afghanistan we don't have much money to buy originals...

I would be really glad if someone would be kind enough to give me some guides or something.
And well,I would like to say hello to everyone... a new member I am ^^ hopin to stay here for long ;d

Without giving too much info, Youtube would be your best bet, They are out there; you just have to find them.
