and if it is fraps, how do they use it like that?

It is CF
You know: You save a erplay, then you can play the replay. and the bar is from CF Replayer.
Then he just ercorded the replay with Fraps

Yea its fraps and he recorded the replay with fraps like a fail

That's the replay bar .
Simply Save a Match , Go to storage and press Replay .

It's played normally, after the match they saved the replay and recorded the replay of the game with 3rd person view.

/Problem solved

Its a recording of a replay and he used fraps, notice the fraps logo on the top.
This isnt really related too crossfire, next time, please post in the correct section.
