Hi, to open console press ~ (tilda) key and type in /orgy_ and the console will fill you in.
orgy_aimbot 1/2 (normal or silent aim)
orgy_norecoil, nospread, etc..

It shouldn't be that different from Windows 7. I personally use Windows 8 and every hack works for me. Is DEP disabled ? UAC ? Did you run it as Administrator ? Is your VirusScan blocking the hack ?

Any idea how to stop this making me walk funny? like I can't walk straight sometimes cause of it...

wont work for me on wind7 x64bit the hack pops up then does nothing ive tried the orgy_aimbot and kingo_aimbot the commands dont show either im using cod 1.7+

Nope, you'll have to look for a Cvar unlocker and use cg_drawshellshock 0
