Too bright and too much goin on. Take some of that scratchy/web lookin stuff off. LOL
It's supposed to be bright so it's Ice colored. And I like the scratches. 
Take some off, not all. And make the green/light-aqua, silver. One more thing, the wolf looks a lil cheesey 
. Other than that it looks good
. Other than that it looks goodDefused font kind of ruins it for me. Might want to move the wolf like the Arctic's. Looks nice overall though.
font needs work and i recommend taking off the wolf. Scratches i do like but remove it off the main body. The brightness was fine the first time.

Too bright, too many scratches or w.e it is.
Way too bright and blue for my taste 
I love the design but I have to agree with everyone else it is too bright.I see what you going for but it is just to bright.
This any better? It's not as bright and I used a different font.
How about this one guys?
