Console loading issues

Every time the console attempts to load it always fails. I have tried "Run as admin", injecting the console alone, and injecting it with something else, and running as is. and I always get the same "failed to create console" message. Could I possibly be missing something?

OS: Windows 7 32-bit

There are some issues with 32 bit because of a windows update.

Yes I remember some specific windows update was found to be causing this issue.. The information is SOMEWHERE in this section from a month or two ago, not sure specifically which topic/s though. I know someone in the past made a console that worked on 32bit, I'll try and find out who and how.

@kibana I haven't forgot you, I'm working on finding a fix for this issue.
