Chinese Android os to Android

Well i have this w8 Dual Sim it said that it have wiFi on it but there is nothing...I just want to know if there any way to restore the wiFi shit or reformat it to an Android os also when i look up the details it said that it have Android os so i don't know...

It's Chinese so it's obviously not possible.

Also, it looks like a fucked up version of the Nintendo DS crossed with a Nokia NGAGE.

i think this ones is crossed with every phone os exist hehee:P
