Purchasing VIPS

Purchasing VIPS
So I don't quite get this. I see in the Combat Arms hacks section that someone is advertising VIP hacks for 10 dollars and that you have to pay with alert pay. Can you just go to the top and click purchase vip and order through there? If not how do you use alert pay? How does buying all this stuff work, like lets say I successfully purchase VIP status, how do I download the VIP hacks and where? Sorry I'm really interested in buying some CA VIPS and want to make sure I know how to do this.

AlertPay works like Paypal.
And talk to @flameswor10, he has a Paypal and he codes the hacks as well.
And you gotta wait until our site admin, Dave84311 to activate you.
We have some Paypal problems so we can't use it and he has to manually add you to VIP.
