So...My cousin made up an excuse...because I was absent yesterday at school. And now I need an obituary....

The family member that "supposedly" died in your family lives in a private community. There are no obituaries.

Off-topic: Who the fuck wants their name in the paper when they die? I don't know anyone who actually pays to have their families names in the paper when they die. Just tell your teacher that your family finds putting the name in the paper offensive.

I was going to be tardy...so I was like...I'll just not go to school today. And so my cousin(legal guardian) made up the excuse that a family member died...

Tell your teacher you found out your family member returned from death right after school was finished, and that you are therefore very sorry

But for real, you might aswell confess before you're in even more trouble

In my school...3 tardies count as an absence. 3 absences= Truancy =Kicked out of the school

When I was in school, I used just call the school's main office and act like I'm the dad and say that "my son is sick...can he excused?.." and they would mark me as Excused absence on the website so all my teachers would know I was excused.

this is what i do

Just say "O.K"
If the teacher wont leave you alone, just say that it is a family decision and you have agreed against it.
