Install it on your usb stick or burn it on your cd.

step 3.
restart windows and hit F12,F8 or delete.
boot form usb stick or boot forum cd.
then wait
and then starts windows hit enter [No password needed]

your telling people to "install" it on their USB but it is a text file... but i could be wrong not good with these things but it seems weird to be in text format.

Holy shit there are thousands of MORE complete CD/DVDs/BUSBs that do a lot more then that, why would I use that one ?
