Effects v1 {Radial Blur}

Example:


Open the Image You want to have that effect in any Photoshop.



Duplicate your layer by pressing CTRL+J. Then go to Filter/Blur/Radial Blur and adjust.



You can see 2 Images, click at the eye and take out the visibility...Now click at the tab "Window", then "Animation" and then at the Blue Spot in the Image, now at the eye again (Red Spot)



Now, adjust the seconds.



Yay!

This is too simple, even I know how to do that and I'm not a designer or anything like that.
