Help Finding converter

Can someone please help me find a converter for ipt->jpg
help is much appreciated :O

btw ipt is for inventor autodesk, i tried a ipt converter but it was for interpaint multicolor...

Yes I have googled it, I think the only program that supports the file is Inventor...
its 4 gb no way in hell will I be able to Download it in a week let alone less then 12 hours
